All Saints Catholic School is hosting the 28th Annual Mardi Gras Gala dinner and dance benefit at the

St. Peter Church Gym on Saturday, February 18, 2023 from 6:30 to 11 pm. The Cajun/American

Cuisine and cash bar will be catered by Peppers Grill and Bar, music by DJ Louis Najar, photography by

Ed and Kathy Cook, door prizes, and Mardi Gras masks and accessories available for purchase. The

event will also feature a silent auction with items donated from businesses around Roswell. King/Queen

nominations throughout the night with the winner crowned at the end of the event. This event draws

over 300 people each year to help celebrate the beginning of the Lenten season. We hope that you will

join us and enjoy the great food, music, and lots of dancing. You can help support Catholic Education at

All Saints Catholic School by:


1. Purchase individual tickets for $60.00 each which includes entry and dinner.

2. Become a Platinum, Gold, or Silver, level sponsor, all of which include dinner tickets and more.

3. Donate a silent auction item.


If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, see attached. To purchase individual tickets, you may do so

in advance by calling the school, or you can purchase them at the door. All money or auction items

must be turned in by February 3, 2023 and please include your business logo and/or business card to

The funds raised by our Mardi Gras 2023 celebration directly benefit the tuition assistance program and

daily operations of the school. Thank you for your past contributions to All Saints and for ensuring the
